Healthy Recipes
Everyone needs lots more delicious and healthy recipes today because we are surrounded in all of western society with food that is just about as unhealthy as it could possibly get. More than anything else, what we eat is linked to the diseases we get.
And western society is not getting any healthier, as if you haven't notice. In fact, we are exporting our way of eating to other countries that were once healthy and now they too are getting the diseases that they have never had to deal with such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer that are so common with our way of life. What a great American export!
The United States is in the minority in the world when it comes to sicknesses such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, many forms of cancer and others. Yes, the rest of the world does not get the illnesses we here in the west get and good nutrition is really the only way out of this vicious cycle. And since good nutrition is really the only answer, <strong>not more medications</strong>, the great news is, you can take control of this area of your life startign today!
That's why we have our Healthy Diet website and a selection of healthy recipes made up of mostly raw foods. Raw foods are the most nutritious foods available in the world. I'm talking about plant based foods here, not animal foods. Raw foods are bursting with nutrition, unlike most cooked foods. Once food is cooked above 118 degrees fahrenheit, enzymes are killed and your food becomes less nutritious.
Our motto over at ezHealthyDiet.com, or at least one of them, is, "Eat the most nutrient dense foods possible." Nutrient dense foods will give your body the stuff (nutrition) it needs to function properly and heal itself as God intended it to do. If you feed your body junk food, artificial sweeteners, sugary soft drinks and processed food that's devoid of nutrition, then your body can't help you stay healthy or recover quickly from diseases. If you had an expensive sports car, would you put anything other than the highest quality fuel in it? So why would you treat your body any different? The food you eat is your body's fuel!

We promote a mostly raw diet and are looking for recipes that fit that niche. We welcome recipes that aren't 100% raw, but they must have some raw ingredients in them.
Why raw food? Because it is the most nutrient dense food possible and that is part of our mantra.

Healthy Corn Chip Recipe
One of the things we recently made, or actually perfected, was a batch of corn chips. We had been buying way too many chips from the store and allthough they were made with organic corn, they didn't really fit with our lifestyle of eating mostly raw food.
After a few trys we almost have perfection with this last recipe. The trick at this point is to spread the batter that becomes the chips at the right thickness. Not too thick and not too thin is the rule. The last batch we made came out near perfect.

Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
We have a 100% vegan ice cream on our website that is so easy to make you may just want to have it every evening for dessert.
All you need is a Champion Juicer and frozen fruit and you are all set to go. The recipe on our Healthy Diet website calls for frozen bananas, pineapple and frozen peaches.
