- Nice lens! You mentioned keeping stress free. Although people smoke to relive stress, I found that overall, I had more stress from smoking. Guilt and being addicted all adds to my stress levels. I recently managed to quit though using an electronic cigarette. I run a website which provides info on this. Check it out.

- I don't mind at all, in fact I need everyone who smokes to see my link, so they can get started to a healthier lifestyle. Every one of my customers no longer smokes regular cigarettes.
