- "REAL" Fruit Snacks - Don't be fooled. It's all sugar
- Some Frozen Yogurts - Some frozen yogurts can be almost as high in saturated fats as ice cream. Make sure to read the labels

- I like to eat just plain popcorn with salt while I am on the computer because there's no butter on it, your hands stay clean for typing.
