Improve Your Health with Nutrition and Exercise

In my life better health was achieved through eating right, taking various supplements and vitamins, getting a good sleep each night, and exercising. I still eat some sugar, but I balance it with good nutrition and various supplements.

In my research I've learned that vigorous exercise is actually not the best. It is much better to spend half an hour a day doing light aerobics. A vigorous workout actually damages your body. 

Of course, living a healthy lifestyle includes have a healthy weight. If you are overweight you are going to be more susceptible to many diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Your first priority should be to lose weight with moderate exercise and reducing the amount of wasted calories you eat (such as sweets). 

I hope this lens helps you discover ways that you can improve your health naturally, with good nutrition, daily exercise, and supplements and vitamins. 

Favorite Supplements 

Fish Oil or Flax Oil

One of the most important supplements is Fish Oil. If you have allergies to fish, then Flax Oil can be taken.

Also, if you have asthma or are allergic to things such as pollen, be sure to get fish oil not extracted from deep sea fish. The fish oil I take is made from fish found closer to the surface such as anchovies, mackerel, and sardines.

High quality fish oil will not leave you smelling like fish. Keep that in mind when choosing a brand.

Another important supplement is CoQ10. I take 200mg a day for my health. CoQ10 is in every cell in our body, and without it we die.

Unfortunately, the foods we eat are so low in nutrition that we don't get all we need even if we eat a good diet.

Furthermore, stress and many medications deplete it from our systems.

Taking a CoQ10 supplement protects us from heart attacks and strokes, fights Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, combats migraine headaches, and more.
