Cabbage can protect our babies from cancer

My first recommended healthy food for pregnant is cabbage.
Nowadays,cancer is destroying our lives, it's a horrible disease. How to prevent babies from this monster is our responsibility,we are moms.
Let's start with our food, it's easy , just cabbage!
Cabbage is one kind of cruciferous vegetables, add it to your daily recipes as a Pregnant, it can then play its role.
The reason? If you dont feel boring ,i'll tell you the principle.It's due to a chemical substance called Indole -3 - methanol which can inhibit the cancer cell.
DO NOT direct intake Indole -3 - methanol!
I list sme more cruciferous vegetables here for choices.They are broccoli, cauliflower, cos lettuce , spinach, of course cabbage.

Spinach can keep your baby stable in your first 2 pregnant months

My second recommended healthy food for pregnant is spinach. Spinach is rich in folic acid ,350 micrograms folic acid per 100 grams of spinach,top among vegetables.The most important function of folic acid is to protect the fetus from the split spinal cord, hydrocephalus, non-cerebral malformations and so on.Experts therefore advocate that moms eat more spinach or take folic acid tablets in your first 2 pregnant months .At the same time, spinach is rich in B vitamins which can prevent pelvic infection in pregnant women, mental depression, insomnia and other common complications of pregnancy. Don't forget to dip spinach in boiling water for a few seconds before eating.

lemon juice can reduce your morning sickness effectively and give your baby more vitamins

My first recommended healthy food for pregnant is lemon juice. Every moms have the experience of morning sickness, it's really painful for us ,right ?Now there is a solution, just A cup of lemon juice.Boston Women's Hospital nutritionist Miriam Eric recommend two types of food , one is the lemon juice, and the other is deep-fried potato chips,I don't suggest potato chips ,I think it's too greasy.
Ok, every morning,a cup of lemon juice,far from morning sickness.I like such healthy food.
