Healthy Heart Review
What to do if someone you know has a stroke
Do you really have a clue what you should do?
As the saying goes being forewarned can help you deal with any unexpected emergencies that may arise.
The problem with serious illness like heart disease is that it can become critical extremely quickly. This is one of those times that you do not muck around you just call 911 straight away and get to the nearest medical facility.
You will need to get immediate attention if there is a sudden numbness in the face, arm and leg. It can occur on both sides of the body or it may just be one side. It all depends what affects the brain. Not all symptoms are the same between the sexes and between individuals. There are times when the body is only affected on one side of the body. You will also notice that the person will struggle with their speech and may have difficulty understanding others. Also, you will see things like confusion, dizziness, tiredness, and loss of coordination as a sign too. You will want to get emergency care immediately so that your friend can have a better chance. There are people who do die from a stroke.
That's what it is very important that you take the time to write down all valuable information and leave it next to the phone. Make sure you have all the numbers that you could possibly ever need to help you for emergency problems. You may also want to carry a cell phone with the same information in your pocket, purse, or wallet for any occasion that you might be out and need to get emergency help.
Is your heart giving up?
Do you know the signs of a stroke.....
You might think that perhaps the cream was off in your coffee... or its nothing to make a fuss about and start to go about your day...when you feel a bit numb.
This is not the type of numbness caused by sitting on a hard bus for an hour but the type of numbness that travels up your arms and legs usually only on one side of your body. Still nothing to worry about though is it?
I don't know because I'm starting to feel confused .... where is it I'm going again? What day is it? This type of confusion is beyond the usual crawl out of bed on a Monday morning and think it is Sunday and time for a leisurely lie in with the papers this is true confusion when your brain really is not sending you the right messages.
Some people by now would have realised that everything is not quite okay and have made a mental note to see a doctor. Yes, only a mental note can be made because the problem is I'm having trouble seeing my notebook and pen...for that matter I'm having trouble standing up.
If you haven't realised by now all of these things are the warning signs of having a stroke; numbness, confusion, visual impairment, loss of balance and you might also get a slamming headache or migraine.
To cap it off it seems that mother nature prefers for us to have strokes either in the morning or in the evening....something odd about this as it seems that most of us wouldn't get out of work earlier!
If you experience any of the above symptoms don't bury your head in the sand, don't think about going to do the doctor later get urgent medical assistance ...go to the Hospital and ditch the cigarettes!
It is much better to be safe than sorry as the effects of stroke can be devestating not just for you but for those who love you as well!

The good news is that Vasotec can be used to treat your hypertension and also some other stuff that your doctor can tell you more about.
Vasotec is known as an ACE inhibitor. That doesn't mean ACE as in really good but Angiotensin Converting Enzyme. The name sounds really fancy but all this drug does is basically reduce the production of this type of enzyme.
If you are suffering from or you have experienced any of these things:
- Hypertension (high blood pressure)
- Heart failure
- After heart attack
- Kidney problems
Check out Vasotec it may just do the trick for you. Ask your doctor about it when you next visit. If you want to read our full review of this medication go to http://www.healthyheartreview.com

- Diet is a key part of keeping your heart and body healthy. The North American or Western style of diet is horrible. Of course stress and exercise are other factors to consider.

- Good Lens,
As you can see from most of the comments, people do not really consider how important their heart really is, until they get a scare.
