A healthy way of life: How to? 

A student's view

To start with it is necessary to point out the actuality of this problem nowadays. It is obvious that a healthy living becomes more and more popular. It also becomes a fashion for successful and purposeful people.

First of all, we need to find out what the expression "healthy living" means. It is noit a secret that leading a healthy lifestyle presumes a full refuse from bad habits, like smoking, drinking too much alcohol, using drugs. This way of living also includes regular eating of healthy food and fast food limitation or intaking fat burning pills, like, for instance, LIDA Daidaihua. For example, we should prepare our meals using vegetables and fruit as mush as possible, refuse fat food and drink herbal tea. One of the most important aspects is physical exercises which make our bodies strong and our minds clear. There are different kinds of such activities. It may be jogging, a complex of exercises, swimming, dancing and different team games, like football, basketball and so on; weight loss products and special supplements for a healthy life.

For big cities another great problem exists that is called - stress. That is why a modern person who leads a healthy lifestyle should avoid stressful situations and take care of psychological and mental health. To my mind, the propaganda of a healthy living in Mass Media and in policies of states defines the development of happy nations all over the world because a healthy living undoubtedly has a lot of benefits!

First of all it helps to succeed in all the ventures and reach aims and goals in life. Because when a person is ill or sick all his/her life inclinations and ambitions occupy the second place and become less important. Secondly regular exercising and eating allows to keep fit and energetic, be disciplined and organized.

On the whole, I do really support the idea of Jacob Bogatin that leading a healthy lifestyle brings people happiness and joy, confidence and aspiration. It evokes the best feelings in a person's heart and leads to the development of the country.

At the same time Jacob Bogatin agrees that on the other hand there is a great number of population that does not lead a healthy lifestyle or neglect the right tips. For these people their bad habits are just like ways out of difficult situations or a method to be like everyone in a company, so to say, behave like others! But nevertheless we all should remember that there are many means to change the situation or the reality. And in any case this or that choice must not damage our health.

As for me I always try to prevent illnesses, to keep to a diet and to visit gym. I always find ways to relax without breaking my healthy life rules. It helps me to be in a good mood every day of my life.

In conclusion I would like to add that choosing a healthy living depends on a person, on his own attitude to the society and reality. It is also important to think over health and take care of yourself when you are young.
