    Oh..... very nice information on Squid. When ever I spend my spare time in Spain I visit restaurants to try Squid & Calamari. Love to eat the huge ones. These are the healthy appropriate food. Another examples are whey protein isolate & protein shakes.

    I first ate squid when I lived in Spain for 2 years and loved it. I eat calamari in every restaurant I visit too. Loved your lens!

    Yumm! I love calamari and will most times order it when it is on the menu -- sometimes it's the dipping sauce that can make or break it. Funny thing though, I used to use squid as GREAT bait in The Florida Keys -- I didn't mind cutting it up and baiting my hook as it stayed on pretty good. You've done a great job Gordon -- appreciate all your 'healthy' lenses. ;)
