This is my favourite video for origami dollar hearts. You can skip the small detailed folds in the middle of the note if it is too fiddly and you will still have a lovely heart.

- Birthday gift - Aunts, uncles and grandparents frequently give money as a gift especially if they live far away. Tucking a few dollars into a card is a practical gift that can be jazzed up with some heart dollar origami.
- Weddings - Instead of pinning money on a bride, pin a dollar heart instead. Or how about threading the hearts onto some thread or thin needlepoint yarn to make a heart necklace?

Make a heart and add some change
