My Mission to Do 1000 Pieces of Heart Art
Several years ago I had an idea to make 1000 hearts. I also had the idea to sell miniature, artist-trading-card-sized (2.5 x 3.5 inches) pieces of original art on eBay, which I tried and failed at. I was apparently just six months ahead of the curve. I recently discovered that there is now an entire art collectors movement on eBay and in blogs for miniature pieces of art, and also artists who are doing one piece of art each day. At last! My time has come!

heArt #27 "Tropical Fiesta!"
I am on a mission to make 1000 pieces of heart-themed art, one each day, in a variety of media. This is, obviously, #27. You can seem more about my project at http://heartaday.wordpress.com or http://www.squidoo.com/heartaday. This was drawn in Photoshop CS2 with a Wacom grahpic tablet, recorded with the freeware Camstudio, and edited with Windows Movie Maker.

live in Australia and a year or so ago I was working in the Kimberley's in Western Australia I saw a programme on TV on Craft and Scrapbooking and the women used Thick Sticky Tape on the front of a photo then cut around the tape and put the tape and photo into water for a while, then rubbed the paper backing of the photo off and all that was left on the sticky tape was a clear picture of what it was stuck to on the photo.
Have you heard of this process and if so how can I find out how to do it.
Hoping you can help, not sure if it was a show in USA or Canada.

Your heArt is fabulous. I've always been an art lover but alas,I don't have talents in that area. I'll just have to enjoy being inspired by great artwork like yours. You've definitely gained a fan.
