How to make Hello kitty cupcakes

How to decorate hello kitty cupcakes
What you will need ingredients:
Vanilla cupcakes
pink buttercream frosting
2 pink square candies
rainbow candy ribbon
scissors

For my hello kitty cupcake, I wanted to do something a little different than the traditional white hello kitty. So, I decided on pink and blue.
1. Cover cupcakes with pink icing which I made by adding a few drops of red food coloring to my white buttercream icing
2. I used two pink square candies for the ears, place on each side at the top of the cupcake.
3. I used a strip of pink rainbow ribbon to make the bow, cut two 1/2 inch pieces and round out the end for the sides of the bow. Also cut a circle 1/4 inch from the pink ribbon and place in the middle.
4. For the nose, I used the yellow piece of the rainbow ribbon and cut out an oval shape 1/4 inch in size
5. I made the eyes with the blue part of the rainbow ribbon and cut out two 1/4 inch ovals for the eyes
6. The whiskers were made with the blue rainbow ribbon, I cut 6 pieces 1/2 an inch in length. Place three on each side of the cupcake.
