I thought back to when my sisters and I were little girls. We always had a lot of fun! I love reminiscing about those summer vacations and a couple of Christmases in Tokyo. These memories always make me smile and make my stress gently melt away.
Being moms may have changed us a lot but holding on to beautiful memories keep us creative. Find something that puts a smile on your face and make it a part of your life once again.
For me, it's Hello Kitty. Seeing her reminds me of a happy childhood. That's why I have a few at home. Hello Kitty for moms gives me a rosy outlook! *meow*

Stay away from my marshmallows
I've got a pack of marshmallows stashed in our tiny pantry. I don't eat them, I just like having them around. I put one piece on a tiny saucer and enjoy looking at it as I have my cup of coffee in the morning -- my Hello Kitty marshmallow. I don't eat it!Just looking at this symbol of happy times makes me sweet to everyone I meet.

Rhubarb Hello Kitty Macarons
My sweet tooth is craving for these cute rhubarb Hello Kitty macarons!You'll need a lot of patience to make these yourself. It will take longer baking these than letting them melt in your mouth.
For the filling, whip up cream cheese, butter, confectioner's sugar, vanilla, and salt. Then take one stalk of rhubarb and dice it up, and then cook it on the stove with a bit of wine and olive oil. Once that cooks down into a soft, pulpy mixture, let it cool before mixing it with the cream cheese mixture.

- Great lens!! Totally relate to becoming a mom... Sometimes I want to move back into my mom's house!! Plus she kept all our wonderful toys so now my girls get to go have fun with them at Nana's... And sometimes I get to play too. Brings back all the memories!
