The best reason to quit
I am using incredismoke. It has NO TAR NO POLLUTION NO SECOND HAND SMOKE AND< NO POISONS INTRODUCED INTO MY BODY!!
Now I looked for a while before I bought this. I suggest some research and reading on your part too. I found mine at GoMart. The kit was 43$ all together. It has 2 recharchable batteries. It has 5 filters. and 2 chargers.One charger for home and one usb for computer. I thought this one was more in my price range and it also comes with a certificate to get 5 more refill cartridges or filters FREE. I priced the refills and ther are 14$ for 5. These last abouit 7 to 9 days depending how much you are using them.
These have the blue glowing tip on them, when they need recharged they will flash. They also flash if you take more puffs than a normal cigareete, which is 14 so you don't get too much at once.
I FOUND A KIT AT SMOKER FRIENDLY
This kit was abouit 60$ and the refills cost more, plus the only thing different in the kit was a car charger. I didn't think it was worth the difference in price.
You want to find some place convenient for you to get the refills and that the price is right. Just start looking around at places close, and go from there. You can get them off the internet too.

- I quit smoking a few months ago (I'd been a casual smoker for a few years) and I've never felt better. I'm very into healthy eating, and it occurred to me one day that all of my health efforts in one department were being wasted by what I was putting into my body in another department -- once I had that epiphany (it was a long time coming), I never looked back, and I've never bought another pack since!

iT KILLLS TASEBUDS. YOU ARE N OT TASTING OR CAN'T ENJOY FOOD LIKE YOU USED TOO.
LINES AROIUND THE MOUTH , AND AGING SKIN. OH YES, IT REALLY WRINKLES AND AGES THE SKIN, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE MOUTH AREA.
