Gain Weight Tip #1: Stick to the Basics

Gain Weight Tip #4: Eat Big

You've heard it before and you'll hear it again...

type=textYou guys have to start pounding down the food. Throw down everything in sight, but make sure you are getting all the basics in and getting those mandatory 100-150 grams of protein a day. I need you to be eating a minimum of 5 meals a day not including weight gainer shakes. You need a nice big weight gainer shake before bed. Turn your body into a food consuming machine. On weekends, don't just eat 3 slices of pizza....have a pizza. Really focus on eating big, not just lifting weights. Proper dieting is 90% of your weight gain success.
