Before I found Neo Healar Hemorrhoid Treatment I used a few other natural hemmroids treatments that gave me some relief:

1) Aloe Vera pulp -- fresh from a plant in my garden. This seemed to help a little.

2) Sitting in a warm bath. It is very soothing and helps blood circulation, which is needed for healing.

3) Taking a stool softner for several days, & drinking LOTS of water. Straining with BM's can cause the condition to worsen.
