Hemp Seed Nut - What Happened When I Ate Hemp Hearts

Just the other day my daughter mentioned that my arms and legs seem to have more tone and it is visibly apparent that I have lost body fat. So what is my secret to a leaner look?

Just three weeks ago I began eating Hemp Seed Nut also known as hemp hearts. This king of super foods contains a large concentration of balanced protein, vitamins and essential fats needed by the body to stay healthy.

I found from the first day that eating four tablespoons of hemp hearts with sliced strawberries and some blueberries for breakfast along with an omelet or oatmeal gave me enough energy for the whole day and I was not hungry again until lunch time.

I also noticed that I no longer craved starchy foods or sugary snack eats. I rarely even think about food until I experience real hunger. In other words I don't have the usual cravings for chips or sweets.

I don't know what took me so long to discover this amazing super food. However, now that I know how wonderful Hemp Seed Nut is, I plan to continue consuming hemp hearts for all the great health benefits it provides.

Hemp Seed Nut Or Hemp Hearts

Hemp Hearts are nature's best source of protein, essential fats, vitamins and the best source of enzymes on the planet. If you begin each day with at least four, but probably five, measuring tablespoons of Hemp Hearts, preferably with fruit and yogurt (vegetables for diabetics), you will notice from the first day that you have sufficient energy for the entire day. You will usually expel wastes after every meal and you will not be hungry again until mid-afternoon. If you wish to lose weight you can do so quickly and easily by restricting your total food consumption after breakfast to a large vegetable salad without significant dressing---eaten in the late afternoon.

Shelled Hemp Seed Nut

A Nutritional Powerhouse

Hempseed is considered by leading researchers and medical doctors to be one of the most nutritious food sources on the planet. Shelled hempseed is packed with 33% pure digestible protein and is rich in iron and vitamin E as well as omega-3 and GLA. A recent report funded by the Canadian government states that hemp protein comprises 66% high-quality edistin protein, and that hempseed contains the highest percentage of this of any plant source. Unlike soy, hemp is not genetically modified, and it doesn't contain the anti-nutritional qualities commonly found in soy.

After first trying this great product from small package bought in health food store, I quickly realized we need to stock up and save. Here comes amazon with the great auto-ship feature which keeps our stock perfectly replenished each 6 months. The seeds come fresh and tasty. I love them, my 7 year old daughter loves them too, we take several teaspoons straight every day, I wouldn't want to loose any tossed over the salad. Taste is better than hemp oil. Perfect protein and EFA source without sacrifice to the taste!

It has been a joy reading through the recipes in this book and trying a few, all with great results. My favorite banana bread recipe for years, from Soy of Cooking, was replaced by the recipe for Hempnut Banana Bread in this work. The Baklava is phenomenal, with the most fragrant syrup base I have ever smelled or tasted! And the Brownies were so unique - crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. I can't wait to try the Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Apricots and Curried Hempseed.

Just Try It! - You Will Be Amazed At The Benefits and Results of Hemp Seed Nut

I invite you to perform this experiment. We know that if we eat only fruit for breakfast we will be hungry again very soon - usually within an hour. So, I suggest that you eat four to five tablespoons of hemp hearts sprinkled on top of a bowl of fruit and yogurt. I like strawberries but you can choose whatever your favorite happens to be.

You can also add hemp hearts to your favorite hot cereal. However, to get the most benefit Hemp Seed Nut should not be cooked in the cereal. It is best to eat them raw. Don't worry. They really taste great! A very nutty, almost sweet taste. I would have to say that it tastes almost like a pine nut, but a bit more mellow.

When you eat Hemp Seed Nut along with breakfast you will certainly notice that you could easily go without food for several hours, at least till lunch for sure. Your body will be nutritionally satisfied in a very unusual manner - if not amazing.

Fantastic lens! I have been eating hemp seeds for years, and taking the oil. The hemp plant is a gift to the planet and it is a travesty that it is illegal to grow.

I strolled in here thinking this would be another diet fad lens. I was really wrong and so glad to be. This was a fascinating read and yes I was a little alarmed about it being from the hemp plant, but you took care of that worry too and that is the sign of a great lensmaster :) Thank you for such extensive information and the personal story. Great job!
