Here is a list of the most popular master planned communities in Henderson. Some are age restricted (55 and better), others are golf course communities or planned neighborhoods. Henderson has plenty of resale and new construction homes to choose from. Take a look at these wonderful communities:

Anthem: Anthem is located just 15 minutes from McCarran International Airport and 4 miles from the I-215 Beltway. The community is centered around the championship golf course designed by Hale Irwin and Keith Foster.
Inspirada: The master planned community Inspirada, formerly known as South Edge, will encompass 1,940 acres south of the Henderson Executive airport. The community will have roughly 11,500 housing units at build out. Construction on this project has commenced.
Lake Las Vegas: This huge master planned community is built around a man made lake. The community offers golf or water frontage homes, condos and townhomes. Prices range from the hundreds of thousands up to the millions.
MacDonald Highlands: MacDonald Highlands is a private, guard gated country club featuring 10 acres of parks, 5 miles of walking trails and Dragon Ridge Country Club, a private 18 hole championship golf course. Resales are usually available.
Seven Hills: Seven Hills offers many amenities such as spectacular views of the Las Vegas Valley, the surrounding mountain ranges, and the Rio Secco Golf Course, open space areas, parks and trail systems. Seven hills also offers condominium living in two condo communities: Avalon and Horizons.
Solera: Set in the splendid surroundings of the Las Vegas Valley, this age restricted community is within twenty minutes of McCarran International Airport and minutes from the I-215 beltway.
Sun City Anthem: All the amenities of Anthem Country Club but restricted to those residents that are 55 and better.
Sun City MacDonald Ranch: Sun City MacDonald Ranch is located in southeast, just east of Green Valley Parkway and south of the I-215. This 564-acre community offers nine floor plans, ranging from 1,020 to 2,014 square feet with one or two bedrooms. At the time, this was Del Webb's smallest retirement community. Resales are usually available.
Tuscany: Tuscany is a master planned community of single family homes and townhomes. The community is centered around the Tuscany golf course. New construction homes are available with townhomes coming in the near future.
