Henrietta 'Hetty' Lange:NCIS Los Angeles

Not a lot is know about Hetty's back ground. She stands a mere 145cms tall or 4'9. She is a cold war survivor. She has mentioned being in contact with famous Hollywood stars such as http://www.squidoo.com/g-callen-ncis-los-angeles. She has many secrets about her past that she doesn't want her agents hearing about. I am sure there will be more reveiled in the next series

NCIS Los Angeles: The Second Season

Even though Hetty is really really short, many including her agents are scared of her. She arranges money, credit cards, outfits and ids. She has aliases of Sylvia Cole and Gloria Edwards.
Hetty is very fond of her agent and will go out of her way to protect them, she makes the calls to people we could only imagine to have their numbers. She also has a weakness when it comes to losing an agent, this has happened twice and twice she has tried her hand her esignation in. Her 2nd attempt failed because G Callen pick pocketed the letter from the directors pocket. She is a very smart lady and has an enormous knowledge base. She is very good at handing out advice to her agents..
