Herbal Medicine At It's Best

Echinacea has a deep history of use with Native Americans. It is believed to improve immune system functioning and stimulate recovery. It is commonly available at most supermarkets or pharmacies. It is easily one of the most important supplements to keep around. Echinacea helps out your immune system, letting you get over a sickness faster.

My Experience

with this wonderful herb

I take echinacea every time I get sick. As soon as I feel a cold coming on, I start taking the pills. The supplement that I use is 3 pills 2-3 times a day. 3 pills is 1,140mg.

With a little extra Vitamin C and Zinc, I usually kill a cold before it even sets in.

Please remember: Everyone reacts differently to medicines, be they pharmaceutical or herbal. And aways talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement.
