1. Mix the essential oils in the vegetable oil.
2. store in an amber bottle and label contents.
3. Massage any lymph nodes that me be swollen in the head and neck areas.
4. Use small amounts of this oil and inhale from hands after application on the skin.
5. Wash hands well.
6. Cover your neck with a scarf or towel and put on a turtleneck sweater.

*Apply oil in the morning and once during the day. Can be applied again before going to bed.
