If I were to visit your home, and open your medicine cabinet (with your permission, of course), would I find Pepto Bismal or Slippery Elm? Sleeping Pills or Valerian Root? Would your kitchen cabinet contain sugar or Stevia?
Over 20 years ago, during a time in my life when I was sick more than I was well, someone handed me a book about using medicinal herbs. That began an insatiable hunger to know more and more.
I met with someone well versed in medicinal herbs, and started taking what was suggested, with amazing and exciting results! After I was convinced that they worked and were safe, with great caution, I learned how to help my children through ear infections, upper respiratory infections, digestive disorders and more, all by using herbs and good nutrition. Their health improved tremendously, to the point that we rarely went the doctor. Then friends became curious, and to make a long story short, I started to helping others find health with herbs.
Later I became certified in Nutritional Counseling by American Health Sciences Natl. Inst. of Nutritional Education.
