What can natural herbs for libido do for you?

Many herbal remedies for sexual dysfunction promise you the moon. They're supposed to give you bigger, stronger erections, increase your sexual stamina, and turn you into a virtual Superman in the bedroom.

But is there any scientific evidence that these natural herbs for libido really work?

Natural herbs under the microscope

Many of the claims made by the makers of natural sex supplements are exaggerated. In fact, the effectiveness of many herbs is still hotly debated. But it's important to remember that these herbs have been used for hundreds, and even thousands, of years by all kinds of people spanning the globe.

Meanwhile, the scientific community continues to discover more medicinal benefits of the plants and herbs used by ancient peoples. The fact is that hard scientific evidence does exist showing that some herbs can successfully treat sexual dysfunction. Let's take a look at a few.

Maca, Horny Goat Weed, and Mucuna Prurien

Maca is a root vegetable from Peru. According to The New York Times, studies by a Lima-based research center show that not only does Maca improves sexual stamina, but it also reduces the risk of prostate cancer as well. Peer reviewed studies published in the journal Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology reinforce these discoveries.

Then there's Horny Goat Weed. This plant contains the prominent flavonoid icariin. A Peking University study concluded that "Icariin is a cGMP-specific PDE5 inhibitor that can be developed into an oral effective agent for the treatment of [Erectile Dysfunction]."

Mucuna Prurien is another herb that science has studied. Experiments in India have validated Mucuna Pruriens' aphrodisiac activity. In one study, human males ingesting the seeds from this plant improved erection and stamina after only four weeks.

Ashwagandha, Tribulus Terrestris, and Ginseng

Another herb known for it sexual powers is Ashwagandha. According to studies conducted by the Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Ashwagandha "may improve sexual performance in adults."

And how about Tribulus Terrestris? In one clinical study involving sexually dysfunctional men aged 22 to 67, Tribulus was used three times daily. An increase of sexual desire and self-confidence were reported in almost all of the patients.

Ginseng is one of the most popular natural herbs for libido. In one study, 45 men received either a placebo or Korean red ginseng 3 times a day. After two months, there was significant evidence that the men taking the ginseng experienced better sexual function than the men taking the placebo.

In conclusion...

It's possible to try individual herbs to enhance sexual performance. But it's preferable to take a multi-herbal supplement that contains all of the above herbs. That's because individual herbs have their own strengths. Some are good at increasing blood circulation, some of good at boosting testosterone levels, and some are good for sexual stamina. Together, they can be very powerful.

It's important to find an herbal supplement that thoroughly tests its ingredients to ensure the highest quality. It's also recommended to find one that is made in the United States and follows strict FDA rules.

I recommend Zenerx. If you want to find out more about this popular herbal remedy--how it works and where to buy it--just go to Zenerx (or Zenerex).
