Hermit Crab Information
Hermit crabs make wonderful pets. As exotic as it may sound, this cute creature is easy to care for and fun to watch. There are two types of hermit crab pets. Land hermit crabs are the most commonly kept as pets because they are easy to care for. As such there are relatively easy to find in pet stores. But for those seeking a bit more thrill in their hermit-crab-as-a-hobby adventure, you should choose aquatic hermit crabs instead. These hermit crabs are held in captivity inside saltwater aquariums together with other fresh water fish that you may own such as bettas and other tropical marine fish. Do not worry though, due to the fact that aquatic crabs spend all their lives in the ocean, they fit naturally with the rest of your marine community fish tank. Join me as we explore the amazing world of the hermit crabs together.
