Zach visits Claire to turn over a recovered videotape that Zach had thought he lost. Claire tucks the tape away in her coat. Mr. and Mrs. Bennet are going out and have Claire babysitting her brother Lyle. When Claire is distracted, Lyle notices and swipes the tape which was partly sticking out of Claire's coat.
Niki wakes up on the floor and can't find Noah, so she sees Jessica in the mirror and asks for Jessica's help.
Matt's mind-reading causes stress when he and Janice are talking about how things are getting better in their relationship. He doesn't really mean to intrude into her thoughts but is aware that she has kept a secret from him. He knows she is thinking "he knows" and is apprehensive because she thought she had been 'so careful' about something. Matt puts off any further conversation about their relationship for the time being.
Isaac is gone from his apartment and as Peter and Simone look around the apartment, they notice all of Isaac's paintings are gone, as well. They find a sketch, however, that Issac made of Charles Deveaux -- which makes Simone comment that everyone is leaving her. To console her, Peter insists that he isn't going anywhere. Peter finds out from Simone that Isaac's last painting was sold to Mr. Linderman.
When Matt is at work, partner, Audrey interrupts a conversation between Matt and a peer, Tom McHenry - to tell Matt she thinks Sylar has killed another person. Matt needs to get his uniform on and meet her outside.
Claire finds Lyle watching her videotape.....
