Zachary Quinto is Sylar

Definition - Sylar:

1. A Grown Man with a need to be loved, noticed and respected by his mother. 2. A Grown Man with anger management problems who requires that people acknowledge his intelligence and the fact that he's special. 3. A watch brand mentioned by character, Sylar, on NBC TVs Sci-Fi Action Drama, HEROES. 4. Sylar, as in the assumed name of mild-mannered watchmaker Gabriel Gray (a verifiable psychotic killer)

If you're close enough to notice someone in the room and it's Sylar...

...it's probably too late!

Sylar Fixes Things That He Thinks Are Broken

Feed Shark

Gabriel Gray has a knack for figuring out what makes things tick. He has a knack for simply knowing when something is broken - internally...like the broken insides of a clock or watch

...or the broken insides of what's in the human body.

If you're in need of repair - you'd better stay away from Gabriel Gray or he will 'fix you.'

All better.

All gone.

Gabriel Gray has a little something 'broken' inside, too, only nobody can get close enough to him to fix it!

The watchmaker's son-turned watchmaker himself has, at the beginning of the Heroes series, led a very quiet, controlled - boring and 'un-special' life.

But Gabriel always wanted to be special. He wanted to be special more than absolutely anything else in the world.

His non-extraordinary life ends and a new one begins as soon as Chandra Suresh makes an appearance.

Chandra is a kind of scientist - a geneticist and he drops by one day to speak with Gabriel...and from that day forward, something ticking in Gabriel suddenly went, 'tock' - or 'tick tick tick' - *Poof*

Chandra Suresh was looking for special people - from a special list he carried.

Gabriel decided he would become special. If he wasn't already special when Suresh arrived...he definitely made SURE that he was special before Dr. Suresh ever had a chance to leave...
