My husband went through Hezekiah's tunnel while we were in the City of David! I went through the Cananite (sp?) tunnel because it was dry. Hezekiah's tunnel has water up to your waist at times! Freezing cold water too!! Cool lens!!

Hey, I wonder if this is the same tunnel I was in years ago (geez, it's been more than 20!) when I spent a few months in Israel as a teenager, with a group out of Boston. I remember we were led into this tunnel and walked in water most of the time. In fact, I believe it was up to our waists at one point. And it was a rather long walk. We eventually came out the other end, but I recall at least one member of the group getting really clausterphobic. Not a good place to do that! Anyhow, really interesting lens. Thanks!
