Not only does author Mike Geary recommend the proper exercises, but he discusses diet and offers meal suggestions as well. (I should also note that most of the book focuses on ab exercise and strength training.)

Mike is a personal trainer, which makes him a very credible source on the subject. I also liked the fact that he gives customers his email address and sends a helpful newsletter with great workout tips. He seems to genuinely want to help people and not just concerned about selling his book.

Slim Fast Diet Plan

Looking to lose weight? Need a quick easy meal replacement that really works? Slim Fast might be your answer.

Slim Fast is a good product but the cost can be a deterrent for a lot of people. The plan as written will run about $40.00 each week for the bars and shakes. If you follow the plan, you will then cook one meal per day.

The majority of people only stick with this as a weight loss plan for a month or two.

My Recommendation: The best diet plans are based on sound exercise and nutrition plans. You should eat 5 or 6 times a day and drink a large volume of water. Now preparing and eating 5 or 6 meals each day is not convenient or easy. For two of those meals or even three of the meals, use Slim Fast for convenience.
