Find Hidden Treasures and Lost Wealth
Hunting for hidden wealth and gold deposits will keep your life interesting.
Grab that shovel, pan, and metal detector, head out to that ghost town, and treasure hunt where you would have hidden your wealth hundreds of years ago. Perhaps you would rather pan a stream, following the gold to its source - then unveiling the mother lode.
If you find something ancient - call in the archaeologists and discover fame instead of fortune. Archeology is the searching for hidden treasures of the past, in the shape of undiscovered knowledge. Ask to be part of the dig, an explorer of secrets in your own back yard.
If instead you discover a stash of California Gold coins from the Gold Rush - you can have both wealth and fame. (fame is optional)
But just maybe, you will settle for a large gold nugget like those pictured at the top of the page instead.
There is gold to be discovered in them thar hills. Let's Go Treasure Hunting - Click Here!

Hidden Treasure Hunting and Gold Investment Analysis
You may want to keep that nice nugget you found, but when should you buy or sell other valuables?
The pie-in-the-sky image of us as treasure hunters doesn't do justice to our feet-on-the-ground intelligent understandings. Instant wealth can happen, but most often wealth comes from properly managing your own speculations.
Seek to do both.

You may need some tools for the job - Amazon seems a good place to search for such treasures.
Amazon has a good search function and helpful people who bought this also bought directories. failing that, just select all departments and put in your search terms (ie: gold pan).

Hidden Treasure Hunting
A decent quick resource for exploring by computer. Here I typed in "treasure hunting." What do you want to read about?
Wikipedia is not the final authority on anything, but it is a great way to get quick answers to your questions.
Treasure hunting is the search for real treasure which has been a notable human activity for millennia.
If you found something valuable here, let me know.
What is appreciated, expands.
If this page gets more visitors, and particularly visitors that share in the excitement of hunting for hidden treasures, there will soon be more resources added.

- MR KHZANAHY, that would be nice.
For most this is a treasure hunting hobby, not a way to gain wealth. In fact most wealth is made by concentrating in areas you understand well, diversification is only valuable to protect wealth - not gain it. Dabble in areas you are not well versed and you may end up buying a diamond mine seeded with cubic zirconium.
A quick suggestion, as there are no guaranteed short cuts to wealth, would be to visit my Elliott Wave Theory lens. A national trading champion, Robert Prechter Jr., has a load of free e-books and videos available, and a valuable pay for good guesses service. The trick in speculations and trading - take small losses quickly, let gains have a chance to win big.
Good luck.

To re-read, rate, and e-mail this to fellow prospectors:
I will repeat one piece of advice from the raising money for charity lens:
"Don't ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive." - Howard Thurman
100% of direct income from my lenses goes to micro-finance solutions for world poverty provided by the Grameen Foundation. The Grameen Foundation is creating a rising tide of positive influence upon our world.
"Away with the whims of governmental administrators, their socialized projects, their centralization, their tariffs, their government schools, their state religions, their free credit, their bank monopolies, their regulations, their restrictions, their equalization by taxation, and their pious moralizations! And now that the legislators and do-gooders have so futilely inflicted so many systems upon society, may they finally end where they should have begun: May they reject all systems, and try liberty; for liberty is an acknowledgment of faith in God and His works." - economist Claude Frédéric Bastiat 1801-1850
