1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
8 oz. Orange Juice
4-5 Ice Cubes
1/2 Banana
2-3 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Ground Beef
If you are worried about the high fat content in ground beef, don't worry because there is a solution. After you have cooked your ground beef, place it in a strainer and rinse it under water thoroughly. Rinsing your ground beef continues to drain the fat off the meat. Carefully rinsing your beef under the water can make it virtually fat free. I personally rinse my ground beef for about 5 minutes.

Ground Beef Fajitas
Brown ground beef in a pan, place in strainer and rinse thoroughly to eliminate remaining fat.Chop up some peppers and onions and place in pan to cook. You want the vegetables a little soft so cook until desired texture.
Place ground beef back in the pan to warm, and warm whole wheat tortillas in the microwave (15-30 seconds).
Fill tortilla with beef and peppers and top with cheese and salsa.

Chicken
Chicken is a very lean, high in protein food. A boneless, skinless chicken breast is virtually fat free and is extremely tasty when cooked just right.Chicken is packed full of protein also. It contains a whopping 30 grams of protein in just 3.5 ounces. Your local grocery store should carry bags of frozen chicken breasts in the freezer section.

Crispy Baked Chicken
6 Chicken Breast Halves
1 and 1/2 cup of Breadcrumbs (low carb preferred)
1 tbsp. fresh Basil (chopped)
1 tbsp. fresh Oregano (minced)
1 and 1/2 tbsp. fresh Parsley (minced)
1 and 1/2 tsp. grated Lemon Rind
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
3 Egg Whites.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, basil, and lemon rind in zip loc bag.
Combine egg whites and lemon juice and brush this mixture of the chicken breasts.
Place chicken breasts in bag and shake until completely coated.
Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray
Place chicken breasts on baking sheet.
Bake 25-35 minutes until chicken is done.

The reason I don't put any amounts for each ingredient is because some people like different textures. Some people like a little less celery, mayo, etc... Just use those basic ingredients and mix how you would like. For an added kick, sprinkle red chili pepper on your tuna salad.

Baked Halibut Recipe
A quick and easy baked halibut recipe. Even the non-chef can make this.
4 Halibut Filets
4 tsp. Tapenade
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1 Cup of Water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F and lightly coat Halibut with cooking spray. On the top of each Halibut filet, spread 1 tsp of Tapenade. Place Halibut filets in glass baking dish with 1 cup of water. Bake for 20 minutes.
