Good Sound ?
This is not about Quad (state of art audio amplifier), my question is where is going high end audio and how to get (Mission Impossible XXL ) if you can good sound from Today's ,,Multimedia center,, HI-END Computer Speaker,,(?) ,,Home Theater,, etc.
Maybe I'm just paranoid, but speaker's with 100 gram weight and bad printed Made in China are Today's sinonim for good sound and people who live with ,,exactly,, up mentioned equipment are Today's some kind ,,expert's,, for sound quallity .
Sound equipment is sold without specification's about some relevant sound quality (who care about sound-is cheap and have labeled State of Art Sound ,High quality or something else)
Finally i got a point : High End Audio or Dead End of good sound?

Your sound reference ?
I started with Quad 303 and Quad 33 , later i bought Phase Linear 400 Series One and B&W DM 110i.Wiring :Audio Vision, Bradac Loudspeaker cable, Van Den Hull, Audioquest,
Phase Linear 400 -modified (to be continued)
Quad 303 -modified PS,AudioQuest and Van Den Hull wiring,Modified input stage to get better sound then Quad 405 (tested on PS 5 Pre-Amp/Audio Vision interconnect/Bradac loudspeaker cable/B&W DM 605--versus Phase Linear 400,Quad 405/2 and Quad 303 (not modified) ....I sold Quad for financial reason,
but for me -Best Bay forever-.
