You've found the Southside Hikers. While you're pretty much guaranteed to see rain when hiking in Vancouver, you'll be pleasantly suprised how well a good forest cover can keep you dry. Of course a GoreTex jacket can't hurt either.

About Us

The South Side Chilliwack Hiking Club is a group of people of all ages who live in Chilliwack (and Vancouver) and who love to hike. We offer a wide range of day hikes in Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley that match different fitness and experience levels. Membership is free thanks to support from Southside Church and other local Chilliwack sponsors.

You're Invited

If you'd like to join us on an evening or weekend hike we'd be glad to have you along. We try to schedule different hikes approximately every two weeks to match different fitness levels and experience. Don't be suprised if you make a few new friends while you're out on the trails.
