Some Hiking Sock Tips

Selecting a Sock Style
There is three main weights of hiking socks which are heavy, medium and light. If you are unsure what weight of hiking socks to get they should align to the weight of your hiking boots. For example if you wear heavy hiking boots for tougher hikes then you want a heavy weight hiking sock.

Hiking Socks Tips:-
1: Each manufacturer may classify the weight of hiking socks a little differently so do some research into the different brands so you know what ones suit you more.
2: You want hiking socks that are not too tight. They should fit snugly but not feel really tight on your feet. Also you do not want them to be baggy either.
3: If you are taking multiple socks with you on your hike take ones of different colors so it is easy to switch from wet or worn socks to new dry ones.
4: Make sure you have read and understood the washing instructions of your hiking socks
5: You will most likely be doing various types of hikes so your should buy hiking socks in various weight classifications so you have a pair for any type of hike you may do
