Hippies

Finding a quote that would best describe the 10 years or so that Hippies rambled around the world seeking some undefined answer wouldn't be that hard to do. The one that stands out the most would be "what a long strange trip its been". That quote sure sums up the shooting star that was the Hippie dream.

The truth about the Hippie movement seems to reside somewere between what the authorities view as "self indulgent" and how the hippies saw themselves "free sprits".
