How To Unhassle Your Holiday Home

You have dream holiday home. The idea was that you and the family enjoy it.

We also had issues with our own holiday home.

We bought this home in season. The restaurants were full, the beaches packed and we though this was the place to buy a holiday property.

And on top of all the fun, we'll get an income from making the home available as a self catering unit.

As we got more experience we identified issues we had as absentee home owners. And therefore know some issues other people had with their holiday homes.

And because they were similar to our own we decided to manage homes for other holiday makers.

With our own home as the lab we realized that a home away from home needs special care. We needed to promote the self catering business, we needed a management team, etc.

Therefore we had to use a holiday home management team to unhassle our issues.

A few years ago we permanently moved to life in what other people will call a holiday home. Yes. We moved to the city where we had our holiday house. Cape Town.

And we started our own holiday management team.
