- Thank you for visiting my Haunted Hawaii lens. Interesting background on holidays. Squidoo has an image bug at the moment that is preventing many of our images from showing. The way to correct the bug is to reset the lens by publishing again, viewing the lens and refreshing.

- Really fun and interesting lens. Not really a superstition, but related - the first year we moved to NZ our neighbor said to me "we don't really worship the devil, we just celebrate Halloween for fun." (It is not very popular here)

- My mom has always been emphatic about the New Year's superstitions. The worst luck (according to her) is a dark-haired woman in the house first, so she reminds me 10x to make sure my husband precedes me, if we're out that night. Nice, original concept here--5*
