One of the things I specialise in as a Holistic Birth Practitioner is facilitating group sessions for pregnant mums-to-be. These will prepare you to be confident and grounded in labour and the special sessions for birth partners will give you the chance to focus on working together during labour.

Meeting and working with others who share your philosophies and attitude towards birth will strengthen your confidence and belief in the choices you make. Practising movement and postures for the body, breathing and relaxation for the mind and finding inspiration for the spirit, will help you to stay focussed and calm during birth.

To give your baby all the protection, love and nurture (s)he deserves you need to be equally protected, loved and nurtured. As your birth coach, I will provide a safe and gentle environment where you can explore any concerns about birth and parenting or simply plan for baby's arrival. I will also offer you ideas, information and options tailored specially to your requirements. You can then relax, knowing you are doing all you need to at this important time.

Homeopathy is a safe and effective therapy to use for many of the discomforts experienced during pregnancy and in readiness for a natural birth. As a qualified homeopath i am able to treat you during pregnancy, in labour, and postnatally. You can also attend one of our regular workshops that provide a simple introduction to using homeopathy in first aid situations - ideal for new parents!
