Hollywood Top Skin Shame List. What you will never see on the screen, but It Is TRUE!

When it comes to acne, let's just say we get welcomed to the real world where we learn that life is all about taking the good with the bad. In both boys and girls, it comes with adulthood...or should I say the hormonal changes that begin to occur between the ages of 10 and 13. Isn't it ironic that, just when we realize that the other sex exists and want to look our best, we start looking our worst. And that's what I mean when I say, acne welcomes us to the real world where we learn that we have to take a little bad with every good.
First, know that acne affects both girls and boys. Unfortunately, boys are going to have more severe breakouts earlier than girls. The other side of the coin is that girls will typically experience acne later but female acne can last longer than in boys, sometimes into their 20s, 30s and even 40s. Suffice to say that it's all linked to hormonal changes in the body that occur at puberty. With the onset of puberty comes the onset of androgen hormones which, in addition to making us begin to recognize the girl or boy next door, also makes our natural sebaceous glands go into hyper-drive.

But is there any such thing as a celebrity who suffers from acne?
At first, it seems not… but that's only a myth - there really are celebrities out there who suffer from acne!

Famous Hollywood stars suffering from Acne

When you see all those stars on TV looking good you can not imagine that some of them had to deal with problems like Acne. Well, you should know that many Hollywood stars still have problems with Acne but they know how to cover their pimples in order to have a perfect image on TV.

Cameron Diaz is a famous Hollywood star, while she was in France to attend the Cannes film festival, a night before the festival, she had an acne breakout. A friend of her reported the press.

Press release says:
"The zits flared up the night before - it was a case of all hands on deck to make her look like her normal self", said the pretended friend. "They worked for ages to give her a perfect complexion. It tends to flare up when she is stressed or has too many late nights".

Emergency Makeup Technician Service was called to give her a flawless look. No doubt, how traumatic would it be to develop acne a night before the film festival.

Thus, acne breakout to Cameron was associated with mental stress and tension.

Pimples are pretty unpleasant for any of us but imagine what disaster they are for a cinema star. Having a little blackhead on the forehead? Try showing it on TV and then you can expect it to grow until it reaches the sizes of a cauliflower. When was the last time you saw Jennifer Lopez or Colin Firth having a pimple on the face? Seldom are we given the chance to see these celebrities, in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, as they wake up in the mornings. No doubt the envious population would change their options somewhat knowing that almost no one is particularly glamorous at that time of day.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have earned the dishonor of being at the top of a new list of bad-skinned celebrities.

Professional dermatologists often remarked that Pitt Jolie aren't quite as clean-cut as they seem. They say, "Brad Pitt has acne and acne scars, and Angelina also suffers from acne, has moles and a scar on her face, and she's also covered in tattoos."

Others dishonored celebrities include Joaquin Phoenix (Most Striking Scar) and Reese Witherspoon (Boldest Botox Abstinence) and Philip Seymour Hoffman (Pale and Proud Award).

Celebrities deal with the same problems the rest of us do, acne being one of them. Britney Spears, Judith Light, Stephanie Seymour and Elle Macpherson have all publicly discussed how they have suffered from and corrected their acne problem.
By doing so, they have not only helped themselves, but millions of other acne sufferers around the world - they are positive proof that acne treatments work.
Your acne problem won't be gone overnight, it will take time. But as you begin to see an improvement in your condition it's quite possible that you will begin to feel like a celebrity, too!
