My journey with this candle business has been amazing.

My husband and I have three wonderful children. Colton is 11, Dawon is five and little Ellie is three. They are the inspiration behind owning my home based candle business.

My story is like many. Maybe even yours. I wanted freedom. Time freedom, financial freedom, the freedom to to provide the kind of life my family deserved.

As a mom, a wife and a FT Corporte America employee, I wanted my time to be my own.

I looked at Network Marketing and saw the potential immediately. But I was skeptical. I looked at several opportunties and I kept coming back to MLM and Network Marketing.

So, I jumped in with both feet. I was coachable and trainable and did everything my upline told me to do.

I made the list of 200 people. Contacted them. I approached family, friends, people I knew, people I didn't know. Two years later - complete burn out.

I had built a moderately successful business. But I knew there had to be a better way to build a business.

Chasing family and friends was not my idea of fun. Don't get me wrong, some people enjoy building their business this way. It's just not for me.

I had to find a way to work "smarter" not harder.

That's when I found this "Little Home Based Candle Business." It made sense. A simple product that requires little explanation. WOW! I was used to being on the phone forever trying to explain my product and business. This concept made so much more sense.

My research also lead me to the Internet. The Internet and a Home Based Candle Business. A perfect fit.

Once again, I was skeptical.

I did some more research and decided to go for it.

It was tough leaving my first home business. I had worked really hard and had built up a nice "supplemental" income.
