How to find peace in your life.

Do you ever look up in the sky and just relax and think about peace and happiness?

Or are you always in a rush trying to pay bills, make some extra money, cook something to eat?

That is what I would like to talk to you about. Finding time for peace, calmness and joy. In our crazy lives it is so hard to stop and just not to think about anything but the sky... or the ocean or mountains... They are so peaceful and beautiful. And I would like to talk about the opportunity to be able just to enjoy the world around you.

Hooray, work at home moms!

Moms make money too!

Let me tell you my true story.

I am from a small European country called Belarus. It is situated right in the center of Europe between Poland and Russia. I love my country to death, but unfortunately I didn't have a single chance to have the lifestyle I dreamed of over there because it is sill a developing country. I was a full-time student,

I studied languages, wanted to be an interpreter, spent all my time studying, I was like a library rat ( I love to study, but it was no fun at all, well, just excellent grades - my only pride!). I knew after I graduated I would probably teach at some tiny school for $60 a month... Not what I wanted from life...

So I came to the United States as an exchange student, met my second half here and stayed here. Guess what, you think my dreams came true? Well, some of them, like I have a wonderful and caring husband and the most beautiful baby boy in the world...

I also got a brand new car - and now I am stuck with payments for the next six years;

I also got credit cards - and what comes out of it, you know, I don't want to say that word... I also got like tons of bills I had to pay by the middle of the month etc. etc. etc.
But thanks God, my inquisitive mind doesn't give up on my dreams. I kept looking and looking for a way out. I mean I am in the United States of America, the youngest and the most powerful country in the world, the country where anything is possible, and I am in the same hole I was in my country? That's not right.

There are ways to become financially free and never ever ever ever ever worry about paying bills, or saving for a year to go on vacation and stay at a cheap hotel...No, no, no! I deserve much much much much more.

And all of a sudden I find out about home business thing. Wow, that's sounds cool. Never heard about it before. And the company I came across turned out to be one of the most fast growing company on the market with the best training techniques and methods.Photobucket

And on top of that they provide the most essential financial education so many Americans need to get. Because if they do have money they don't manage it very well. I know so many people in their forties who don't have a single penny in their savings accounts. How wrong is that? I've been here for 3 years and I have money saved and invested!

So...let me go back to my home business thing. Well, I didn't want to miss that boat and I jumped in it and now I am up to my ears in work and I am so thrilled. And I am here right now to share my story with you, guys, and I am as honest as I can be and that's how I feel. I just want to let everybody know that we shouldn't give up on our dreams. We have only one life to live and nobody wants to spend it worrying about bills or car payments or mortgage. We need to enjoy every minute of it.

And I realized that if I am able to make unlimited amounts of money I will not have to worry about those bills and payments and will have more time to enjoy much more important things like my family, the nature, life itself. And I would like you to be able to enjoy life too! To find out more about what changed my life and attitude to money click here

Fight for your dreams!

Personally, I believe that people give up on their dreams too fast and don't try hard enough to make a change.

Do you think people don't dream any more? Or don't have the belief that their dreams will come true one day?

You make a lot of money-you have less worries.

People say money is evil, it makes people mean and greedy, but if you were greedy and mean before you are going to stay the same way. But if you were kind and generous, having lots of money is not going to change you. It is good to want money, because then when you have it you can help other people in need.

Why work from home?

7 benefits of a home based business.

You need not look farther than your kitchen, bedroom, den, living room, or garage to find the foundation on which to build your business enterprise. Here are seven reasons why it pays to work at home

Home-based businesses are the trend of the future. Government and industry reports show that increasing numbers of men and women are now opting to work out of their homes. In fact, the latest data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics show that 4.12 million entrepreneurs are now working at home, most of which are in services industry.

Entrepreneurs are rediscovering the benefits of working at home. The continuously good performance of the economy, followed by a change in lifestyles buoys well for the home-based entrepreneur. Many people now want to combine their careers with families, opting out of the rat race to spend more time with their families and take a more proactive part in raising their children. The technological innovations in the past decades have also made working at home easier and more feasible.

You need not look farther than your kitchen, bedroom, den, living room, or garage to find the foundation on which to build your business enterprise. Here are seven reasons why it pays to work at home:

1. To gain personal freedom. The most enticing aspect of starting a home-based business is the opportunity it provides to gain control over your own life. As a home business entrepreneur, you can shape your work life depending on your goals and environment. There are no bosses to follow, no corporate culture to abide by, and no rigid work schedules nor time clocks. Instead, you have the freedom to work and earn as you choose, in the comfort and convenience of your own homes. Of course, having all the time and freedom to work as you please also has its drawback. Thus, a home business entrepreneur needs to have good time management skills and discipline to push yourself to work.

2. To reap financial benefits. The financial benefits of working at home are equally attractive. The convenience of having your office a few steps away from your bed allows you to save on commute time, gasoline and transportation expenses. There is also little need to buy power suits and dress up every workday as you can work in your jogging outfit or pajama. Since you work at home, you save on rental payments and overhead costs are cut significantly; allowing you to plough all your capital and profits back into the business. Your earning potential is directly proportional to your performance: no more waiting for your boss to give you your raise or promotion before you can increase your income. More importantly, however, a home business allows people who have been frequently shut out of the job market--homemakers, students, retirees, and the disabled, to name a few-to to create new income opportunities.

3. To exploit tax advantages. Using your home as a place of business offers a number of tax advantages. For starters, it allows you to deduct a part of the operating and depreciation expenses on your home. This means that a percentage of your rent or mortgage payment, depreciation, property taxes, insurance, utilities, and expenses for household maintenance, repairs, or improvements is deductible. You can also be entitled to deduct expenses from using a vehicle for your business, including gas, insurance, depreciation, and others. Consult your accountant for a careful evaluation of what can be and what cannot be deducted from using your home office.

3. To be with the family. Many opt to start their business from their homes to strengthen family relationships. A home business allows family members to be involved in the business. Husbands or wives can help in various aspects of the business, while children have the opportunity to see what their parents do for a living. Parents, most especially, can both work and earn, while taking care of their children; although daycare arrangements or babysitter may be needed to help you concentrate on the work at hand.

4. To reduce stress. Working at home can reduce the stress of juggling the demands of your work life with those of your private life. You can work while staying at home to care for a sick child, or continue to work late at night after preparing and sharing dinner with the family. Since you work alone, there is no office politics and deadlines imposed by your boss. You only need to follow the deadlines and schedules you have set for yourself.

5. For job enrichment. As a home-based entrepreneur, you are not boxed into one job and given a label identifying you as a researcher, secretary, banker, manager, or administrative assistant. You are free to learn and perform a variety of work-related tasks. If you are a solo entrepreneur, then you even have to be ready of being all things for your business: the strategy setter, marketing and sales person, customer service representative, accountant and bookkeeper, and other roles. You can vary your activities to keep you from getting bored. While it means greater workload, the plus point is that you develop an understanding of all aspects of your own business. More importantly, personal growth is greatly enhanced as you learn what you can (and cannot do) and your goals become much more achievable.

6. To increase productivity. Many home-based entrepreneurs find that working at home helps them to be more productive. With lesser time dedicated to commuting, there is more time available to work. More importantly, working for your own business - wherein the amount of financial compensation depends on your productivity and business management - increases the level of enthusiasm. Many get so caught up in what they're doing that it's actually hard for them to stop.

7. To harness competitive advantages. One of the biggest benefits of working out of your home is the reduced overhead cost. Lower operating costs can enable you to be more competitive, not just in the prices you charge but also in the quality of service you offer. You can use the money you save on rent to increase your overall profitability, or you can pass it on to customers in the form of lower prices. Competitors restricted by higher overhead costs have no such options. What they charge is predetermined by their rental agreements. The higher the rent, the higher their prices. Moreover, a smaller business makes it easier to provide customers with personal service.

Given these benefits and more, the trend toward home-based businesses is clearly just beginning. As more people recognize the opportunities of working from their homes, coupled by the need to be independent and the drive to succeed, others will soon join this growing movement.

Home based business is the way out.

I really think that with today's tendency to start a home based business in 10 years everybody will be involved in it.

A degree in education...Will it make me rich?

A degree might not be enough...

In my family and in my country education has always been a priority. To get a good place in life, to get a well-paid respected job and feel like you have accomplished something in life - you need go to college and get a degree. That is what I did. I studied hard at school, I graduated with excellent grades and I was granted a scholarship at a university. Then I spent 5 years nose to the grindstone to become a linguistic specialist. I liked it. It was hard, but I got my perfect scores. I have a degree now. But when it came to getting an actual job it turned out that the money I was being paid was not enough to live the life I wanted. I wanted to buy a house%u2026 cash, a car%u2026cash, and vacations - without saving for a year. Guess what - in reality this is hardly possible. American citizens know it very well%u2026

That is why my inquisitive mind started looking for an alternative way to become financially independent. After doing some research online I found out about MLMs, affiliate marketing, HYIPs, gifting programs and many, many more.

I liked the idea of making big money fast but the question was - which system to go with? Which system can I trust ?

All the businesses I mentioned above offer a very low start-up costs - $200 to $300 dollars. That sounded very attractive but when I did some research I found out that only 5% of people would make the money they are promised, the other 95% of big income "wanters" would end up with nothing because they didn't put enough effort and because the system their were in would not let them do that. You would have to spend at least 5 years to earn a 6-figure income in MLMS. The average person in an MLM makes less than $10 per week. The scarier thing is that only 1 in 1000 people makes more than $100,000 per year. As you can see, it didn't sound very promising. Plus I am a grown up person, I know it takes more than $300 to start a serious successful business.

The other thing that caught my attention was the Direct Sales industry. While MLMs and similar businesses are for 95 % of the population, the Direct Sales industry is only for 5%. Direct sales appeal to this group of people because of the larger upfront commissions. This industry is more difficult but you get much faster and better results. First of all in direct sales businesses you have to invest at least $2000 to get started (if you look at any traditional business you will realize they usually need more than that). It would also be wise to mention that an individual who spends $1500, $8000, or $13,000 is going to be much more committed to the success of their business. Second, this type of business has 3 products (price ranges mentioned above) with upfront commissions around $2000, $5000 and $8000 plus residual income component in the compensation plan which allows you to build a customer base once and get profit from it forever. And I realized that this last component was the heart of all this business. How simple is that? You build a team of 15-20 reliable and responsible businessmen who will be bringing you income for the rest of your life and you might not have to work any more! Well, I like to work so I would find something else to do anyway%u2026

And that was it. I made my decision. Direct Sales industry is for me. It offers exactly what I was looking for - a fast and honorable way to make big money %u2026 which will work for you for the rest of your life. I have big plans for my future and I just wanted to share them with you and inspire you to keep looking for YOUR purpose and mission in life. I hope it includes much more than getting stuck at a job where you are not appreciated and rewarded the way you deserve.
