Your 'Why' is more important than your 'How'!

I want to talk about the first time the network-marketing light-bulb went off in my head. Five years ago I started selling Avon for a little extra money and woman who I signed up under was wondering if I knew of anyone else who would want to sell it too. At the time, I didn't quite understand why she was asking, all I knew was that I made a certain percentage off of what I sold...and so did she. Then, I started having babies and life stopped for a awhile. Two years ago, my husband and I were introduced to another company and it changed my life forever. It's not the company I'm currently with and I will explain why in a moment.

I hope you'll take with you some insight on beginning an in-home business. There are a lot of options to choose from and it really doesn't matter what you choose as long as you are you and you become confident enough to help teach others how start building their future fortune. The fortune trully lies within you. Let me say that again, the fortune lies within you. If you don't get it, keep reading on!

So many times people are just looking to make a fortune and make it fast. Internet-based businesses do not happen over night. Oh, did I say Internet? Yes. Anytime you even see the word business, you should know that it won't happen over night. Internet or not. The business I'm currently not with is a network-marketing business, but old-school. They call it old school because it's still door to door and/or you make a names list and call the people on the list and you sort through the 'no' answers. They call it a numbers game.

Well, I was so excited because I saw the vision, but I couldn't see spending my valuable time sorting through prospects who weren't interested in my product. With the Internet, there is no numbers game. You put your valuable insight out into the web using all the different various avenues in order for people to get to know you! After a while, they get to know you through the internet and start calling you about your business opportunity.

When I began my online venture, I started to discover the secrets that some of the top internet marketors used to bring in prospects. Not only that, I discovered my confindence level in myself rising to a whole new level. I no longer depended on Corporate America to make me happy. Only I could make myself happy and I could do just that using all the tools provided by the internet and top online marketors.

If you are tired of giving the best of yourself and it's never good enough for the people you work for, then consider a career change. Life's too short to be working for someone else the rest of your life. I won't lie when I say it takes you out of your comfort zone, but remember your first day of work....you didn't know everything right away but you were willing to learn to make a go of it, right? This is the same thing, except now, you're doing it for yourself first and not your boss.
