The photographs accompanying this section are snapshots from the Youtube videos presented on this lens from a 2008 Fox News interview with the then Alaskan First Lady. Details about what the furniture pieces, colors, materials and decorative accessories are not available. I will however give my best guess when possible.
Sarah Palin's fitted kitchens look like they are made from Pine or some similar substitute. It's difficult to order fitted kitchens online and it is much more sensible to find a store nearby who cater for these requirements as you'll need someone to come and measure your kitchen and related spaces. You can find fitted kitchens in just about any color, style and material you can think of and each one is suited to a particular type of interior and theme.

I'm going to presume this counter height dining table is used mostly as a breakfast and snack area and there another dining area is elsewhere in our imaginary Sarah Palin home. This will certainly be true if and when she enters the White House. Therefore, let's consider tables that are perfect for those morning meals, midday bites to eat and social snacking in the late evening.
Counter height dining tables are perfect for this and echo the role of tables in swanky bars and restaurants. There's a certain informality gained from these styles of table and matching chairs which is not quite slovenly, as would be slouched on a sofa, but not altogether strictly former either, like a regular dining table. Comfortable and ideal for social but informal wining and dining as well as for everyday activities such as playing boardgames, home-schooling work and general family conversation.

Sarah Palin has a large family which includes her husband Todd and five children, Track, Bristol, Willow, Piper and little baby Trig. She also has a grandson and son-in-law plus many other relatives we are not aware of. This large but close family will need a sizeable but intimate dining table for their dining room where more formal evening meals take place as well as where more important guests will be entertained. With all this in mind, I've come up with this delightful dining table and chair set which includes a Lazy Susan.
The table base, as can be seen in the picture, also serves as a storage feature for wine bottles and glasses as well as perhaps boxes of chocolates and dried foods such as nuts. The close proximity of the chairs means an intimate and friendly dinner occasion can be shared and enjoyed. All too often, with big long dining tables, the social atmosphere can be diluted with people being rather like islands in a sea of space and napkins. If you like to bring the family together around a table which celebrates intimacy, then this dining table with matching chairs is definitely a strong consideration for you.

A bedroom fit for a barracuda. By the way, "Sarah Barracuda" was her nickname during her senior year when co-captain of the basketball team that won the Alaska state championship in 1982. As one might guess, it was for her determination and strong competitive streak. A bedroom however is where even the most fearsome warrior comes to relax, sleep and recharge the batteries. Whilst it will have elements that reflect a person's drive, in Sarah Palin's case it will also feature items that are soft, girly and downright cuddly. It's also probably a place where the girls of the family meet on regular occasions and share gossip, make-up advice and heart woes, just like in any family.
In this series of imagined bedroom decorations and designs, we're going to keep the theme of Alaskan nature strong, together with the popular items all women, whatever their political persuasion or career, like to have in their bedroom setting. We also have to factor Sarah's husband Todd into all this and keep a little masculinity in a room which is of course equally his. But we all know women have the last word, if the man is to have a peaceful life. Don't we guys?

- This is a well put-together lens that has a sense of humor too. Very imaginative possibilities of what Sarah Palin's decor would be like. I think her "home office" fits her style and personality best. As for the Oval Office, I don't think she'll be doing any re-decorating there (unless her husband someday gets elected !)
