Beef Stew is so yummy! Especially on those cold winter evenings...which aren't so far away! It's very simple, and you can prepare a lot all at once so it's also great for freezer cooking!

Here's What you Will need:
1 beef "rump" roast
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomato juice
salt & pepper to taste

Here's What you do
Put the rump roast in your slow cooker (Crock-Pot) Dump the Mixed vegetables in, dump the tomato juice in, and turn it on high.
Cook on high for around 4 hours. Then cook on low for another 2 hours.
Take roast out and cut into peices, add it back to soup once cut up. Serve hot or freeze it for later!
