Walnut - Chocolate

Walnut Chocolate

Ingredients for about 30 chocolates chocolates:

200 g marzipan

50 g powdered sugar

20 g walnuts, finely grated

200 g whole milk chocolate coating

30 half walnuts

First, we knead some icing sugar the grounded walnuts and marzipan quickly together, so we get a smooth mass.
Take the mass and roll it on a pastry board dusted with powdered sugar (as thick as a thumb)
Take a knife and cut out small circles or cubes.

The chocolate is melted in a water bath or either very, very briefly in the microwave. Now create a Marzipan piece after another on a fork, dip it into the chocolate, let the chocolate drip a bit and set the pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Immediately after this u put half a walnit on it for decoration and then let the finished chocolates dry.

The look especially nice in small paper cases
