    Its true. My grandmum used to make this concotion made from a type of flower and give us to drink when we had a cough. It really worked too bad non of us learnt how to make it. Nowadays I take honey in warm water to reduce my asthma. Honey is a very good remedy for many illness.

    I'm all for natural ways of healing and being proactive rather than reactive. We used many of these methods when I was a kid and growing up. Here in North America many people go for quick fixes like OTC and antibiotics - basically, an over-medicated society. **Blessed by a Squid-Angel**
