The Brief
Having recently re-branded L&Q and previously produced several successful marketing campaigns to promote their Part Buy, Part Rent offering, we were asked to create and implement a marketing campaign to capture data, drive traffic to the new L&Q website and increase enquiries to the Sales Team.
The Thinking
An incentive based campaign to drive traffic to register with L&Q and sign up to L&Q Homes for Sale Twitter feed for the chance to win an iPhone. We devised a clever strap line of 'Home Tweet Home' and implemented a mix of media including Bluetooth marketing to ensure a high number of registrants and increase the traffic through to the L&Q website.
The Result
Over 1,000 people registered their details on the Home Tweet Home registration page over a 2 week period with 35% of people clicking through to the L&Q website. The Bluetooth activity generated the best results with 20% of data coming through to the registration page as a result of the activity at Charing Cross and Waterloo stations.
