- Really good article, I completely agree about using your own body weight resistance rather than a machine in a gym. My brother is a body builder and he loves the p90x. He does 50% of his entire workout routine throughout the week at home. I am going to forward him this article, I'm sure he will find it interesting. Thanks!

- I bought "You Are Your Own Gym" and I have to say that I love the simplicity of body weight exercises. It fits in with my Romantic Minimalist lifestyle and still gets the job done. Nice lens.
