Tax Writeoffs For You To Know About

For many the reality of putting in their 40 plus hours per week, getting their wages taxed, and then they get their check is just not working. For example someone grossing $1000.00 in a week, they will actually receive a pay check of $650.00- $700.00. 30% to 35% will go to taxes and misc. deductions.

You can change all this when you own your own Home Based Business. With your own business you work, spend what is needed( expenses) and then at the end of the year you pay your taxes. Keep in mind this is after all your expenses for operating your Home Based Business are taken out, LEGALLY.

Home Based Business Versus Self Employed

Greater Tax Advantages With Home Based Business

Home Based Businesses provide much greater Tax Advantages than being Self Employed. First we must understand that having your business in your home allows you to write off many everyday expenses as business expenses.

For example, your mortgage payment. With a Home Based Business you will have an office in your home. If your office is 26% of your square footage and your payment is $1,000 per month, your write off would be $260.00 each month. Multiplied by 12 equals $3,120.00 per year.

Being Self Employed, you may have to rent office space. Remember this is also an additional cost each month. Your phone expenses are also deductible. Both local and long distance charges. Each of these are additional expense that would add to your monthly overhead. Versus already having these expenses and being able to write off the percentage of your use from home for your business.

Long Term Thinking Versus Short Term Responses

Build Now For Your Future

You are building a business, take the time and plan it out. Involve some other professionl minds. One I would defintely suggest is a very good CPA, Certified Public Accountant. Choose a CPA that will only allow those write offs that are clear, as I say, black and white. Avoid all gray areas. Anything that can eventually backfire eliminate now.

Build with your future, your families future and your families families future in mind. Build wisely.

Home Based Businesses are completely transferable and liquidable. Many do not realize the value of a profitable Netwoirk Marketing business.

Consider what it would take the average persone in savings to be able to make several thousand dollars per month in interest.

It would take $60,000.00 in savings at 5% per annum to have $250.00 per month or $3,000.00 a year. To receive $1,000.00 per month or $12,000 per year you would have to save $240,000.00 and be receiving 5% per annum. And to have $5,000.00 per month in interest, you would have to have $1,200,000.00 at 5% per annum.

How real are those types of savings accounts for most people? Is it more likely for someone to build a Network Marketing Business and in 2-3 years be making several thousand dollars or have to save sevaeral hundred thousand dollars and live off the interest?

Tax Advantages

Many Areas Of HUGE Savings And Increased Profitability

I have only shared a few areas of tremendous Tax Advantages. Here are additional ones:

Travel- Lodging- Meals-Mileage For Vehicles- Training- Subscriptions-Cleaning Expenses- Advertisisng-Inbternet Access- Cell Phones- Home Phone, Local and Long Distance and many many more.

This is why I recommend conatcting a local CPA. You can also consult with your local Small Business Administartion. The IRS can also be reached at www.irs.gov

When considering write offs remember mileage. It must be documented, but when you are receiving 50.8 cents for evry business mile you drive how tough can it be to write in a daily journal? 10,000 miles driven is $5,080.00 write off, not bad.

Great lens. Good advice about the local CPA. Finding all the tax breaks with the ever-changing laws is hard to keep up with. The "found" money will more than pay for the CPA fees.
