The truth of Home Business!

My name is Sal Morganti and this letter is going to give you some basics to see if you qualify to start a home business. You see, these next few years are going to be very tough on our economy and we are seeing some results right now. Unemployment, defaults, bankruptcies, foreclosures are the norm. It's a scary world and I truly wonder what will happen next?

Deciding.

See I've had a home business for a while now and as I succeeded, I've seen many who don't and go back to what they had that they didn't want lifestyle many times. I always wondered why they didn't make it. Was it the company? Was it them? Was it the lack of information or leadership? Was it their employee vs. employer mentality? Was it the lack of proper training and system? And I seem to come to the conclusion that is was all of it. That most people didn't do enough homework and fallowed with emotion first vs. logic and rational thought. So when the emotions ran out, they were stuck with their lack of dedication and the lazy I don't want to do to much and expect the $100,000 month or year income. So when that didn't happen, they quit. I hated to see it every time.

So what I do now aside from working my home business is help people with a system in play that teaches them about home business in the most effective and cost savings available. The information I teach you is free but if you get the message, it is priceless. Everyone has an opportunity or gimmick out there. Which one works for you is the key to it all. No system or JOB, or COMPANY can save you. Not one of them can make you rich or can set you free. The only person that can do that is......drum roll please....YOU!.

You set your boundaries, your goals and your life. What you did yesterday set up the events for today. So I am asking you, where do you wan to be? Do you need extra income? Do you want more free time? Do you want to retire from you job? Are you a good listener, open minded, teachable and persistent?

Hang with me on this one ... Not only will I prove this fact in the letter below, but I'll reveal the single most powerful secret in the world to you in the process.

No, I'm not a crazy conspiracy theorist, or on the crack pipe. Read this entire message and it will all make perfect sense.

Alright... So something pretty "out there" occurred to me over the last year.

You know "What has this guy been smoking'?", sort of stuff.

But when you consider that I went from $10,000 in debt and working 40yrs a week, to making a good profit a month in a short time span, to being debt free and reducing my work hours, something extra-ordinary must have popped into my little noggin.

So for what's its worth, here's the underlying secret behind all of the little things that happened which brought the end result to life.

It's the secret within all of the self-help books that you've probably read, but might have never really "gotten". In fact, they probably left you more frustrated than when you started.

I can relate. It took me about 6 years to finally comprehend this secret.
Until you get this part of your life and your head where it needs to be, you will NEVER be successful. It is impossible.

You MUST get this right. There is no website, marketing system, lead source, or product that will save you. If you don't get your head where it needs to be, everything else is just a waste of time, money, and efforts.

Success in anything in life, including this opportunity, is 90% mental, and 10% mechanical (executing the system).

This is going to sound strange. Very strange. But, here's what you really need to "get", and get fast!

Every one of us lives in a different world and different reality.

In fact, there are six billion realities taking place on earth right now, this very moment. Six billion!

And every single one of them is different. With six billion different lists of rules for what is possible and what isn't. With six Billion different perceptions of one event. With six billion different ideas of what truth, morals, and justice mean.

You live in a completely different reality than everyone else. I live in a completely different reality than you do.

You make your rules.

I make mine.

You live by what you think is possible in your world. I live by what I think is possible in mine.

There are six billion people, living in six billion realities that are all different. And each person has created the rules that define their reality, or has adopted the rules of others.

And here is the key to all of it%u2026 You have the power to completely create the rules that define your reality. And you can do it instantly. What was impossible today, can be possible tomorrow if you desire it to be.

This is what God meant when he said that he would grant our every heart's desire.
This is what Napoleon Hill describes in Think and Grow Rich.

You live in your own personal reality, limited by your own personal set of rules.

This is important:

In any situation, the ideas, concepts, and beliefs of the person with the strongest reality will be adopted by the other party.

Have you ever heard that saying that "sales are a transfer of belief from one person to another"? Well that's what that means.

When a sale is made, it means that your belief, or your reality, was stronger than the other person's, and so they adopted it. They bought what you were selling because they bought into your reality.

Don't believe me?

I'll prove it.

There is a remote tribe of people called the Huli living in remote areas of Papua New Guniea. Until recently, they have never been exposed to anyone or anything outside of their immediate area. They live in a world of endless forests with no other people. You and I truly do not exist.

There are no countries. There are no such things as plastic, steal, or paper. The only flying objects are birds, and man has never been to the moon. There are no governments and there is no stock-market.

The two world wars never took place. Electricity, telephones, and roads do not even show up in their dreams.

They could never comprehend the sight of a beach, or open ocean. Whales, sharks, and submarines? Nope.

These things TRULY do not exist in their world, and they would DIE to protect their reality of the world, just has countless humans have died to protect their realities throughout history.

Yet, you and I know they are real.

We live in different realities, with different possibilities. But the Huli's reality is just as real to them, as yours is to you.

So what does this mean to you and what I'm going to show you?

People attract others who live in realities similar to theirs.

My information to you is all about attraction. Whether that has to do with advertising "magnetic" offers, or developing a "magnetic" personality that attracts others...

You will ONLY attract people who live in realities similar to yours...

This means that if you are around duds, it's because deep-down, you believe you are a dud, and that is what's coming through to others.

Why is it that some people can be around top tier individuals with almost no effort at all, while others continue to be around needy, broke people?

It's easy... Your reality is a reflection of the way you see yourself inside.

If you TRULY believe you are already successful, then you will automatically do the things that successful people do, which will automatically attract other successful people.

You can't fake it. You can try... But you can't.

All of this stuff happens on its' own, without a conscious intent or agenda. It's just your reality. It's just the "way things are".

Most people try to "get successful" before they start to "act successful."

It doesn't work that way. The belief has to come first, which leads to correct actions, which brings the results.

And the best part is that you're only a decision away from creating your new reality...

Entrepreneurs decide to define their own reality. They have come to understand that they have this power.

They constantly create, and re-create the rules by which this world operates based on new experiences and new knowledge.

They continually expand their universe by accepting new rules of possibility discovered through reading, listening, and learning about the realities of others who have what they seek.

There are business building strategies and techniques which can change your life forever in minutes. Powerful things which are already part of other people's reality.

All you need to do is expose yourself to these people's worlds, and open yourself up to it. Be willing to adopt the rules they live by, and do business by.

And as you do, your rules will change. Things which were once impossible for you will become possible.

Idea's you've never had will start to flood you mind.
The outside world you live in will slowly begin to change as you place new rules upon it.

This is what happened to me when I found books by Perry Marshall, Dan Kennedy, and Joe Schroeder. New things, Impossible things came into my world about building a business.

They completely changed my set of rules and possibilities.

I made their realities mine, and in less than a year, I was making the kind of money that existed in their world.

And guess what's happened since then?

NEWER realities have been seen... Realities where earning $100,000/year is not even a big deal... Where earning $1,000,000 /year is absolutely doable...If you have the mindset!

And the ability and means to accomplish these goals have presented themselves as well.

If you want to live a new life. A free life. The life of an entreprener. You must seek out people who live in the world you want, because the bus you ride now doesn't stop there.

But before that, you must decide for once and for all what reality you want to live in. Define a new set of rules for what it means to be there. You've got to hand the driver a new map with new stops.

Here are just a few of the rules in my world:

I do not fear poverty, because I will always be rich. (In mind, lifestyle, actions, bank account, etc.)

Making $1,000,000 a year is not only possible, but a true future event.

People like, trust, and respect me.

There is no business skill I cannot master.

I attract Top Tier prospects effortlessly because they can see that I share a similar reality to theirs.

For many of you, these things could never happen. You could never fathom a 7 figure income, and you could never imagine ultra-high caliber, 7-figure business owners wanting to do business with you...

Well, here's the kicker

You can, and they would If, your reality, your belief level, was stronger than theirs.

If it is, they will absolutely buy into your world.

When your level of belief about a new rule you set for yourself becomes stronger than your current belief, then your world will change and you will have what you seek.

But not before.

Belief comes first. Results come second.

Define your new reality. Live it. Sleep it. Dream it. And your life will become it.

This is possibly one of the most important blogs I've ever written.

It's probably safe to assume that you've read a copy of this Best Seller, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". If not go out and get it!!

It's funny how a few words on paper can start a global movement, which is exactly what's happened, with over 29,000,000 copies of his books being sold world-wide.

I've definitely learned a lot from Robert.

What I'd like to share with you now is one of the most valuable insights I've gained from my time reading and understanding his work..take the time to read this today, because I can promise that you'll never look at yourself the same way again once you do.

Have you ever thought about the word "winning", and what it means to you?

For most of us, the word "winning" is a very simple concept. You create a goal, and when you achieve it, you've won.

Well, there's actually much more to it then that, because our subconscious mind has it's own definition for "winning", and whether you like it or not, you and your entire life are run by this little bugger.

If your subconscious doesn't want you to "win" when it comes to wealth and money, you're not going to... Period!

By definition, your subconscious thoughts and its agenda for your life are hidden from you, unless you've trained yourself to communicate with it.

If you don't know what its definition of "winning" is for you right now, how can you ever move forward? And that's the point on this letter. We're going to find out what "winning" means to your subconscious right now!

There are 5 ways for you to win...

1: You win when you're comfortable. This person's primary goal is to just go through life as comfortably as possible. They don't want stress. They don't want to be pushed or challenged. They don't like conflict. The just want to go through life on cruise control, hanging out with their friends, and having a good time.

Everything they do is designed to support their pursuit of comfort.

This is your average, life-long employee who's more than happy to have a safe, stable, comfortable job.

If you push this person away from that goal, and challenge them or their routine and lifestyle, watch out.

2: You win by being liked. This person's primary goal in life is to be liked by others. They want acceptance from everyone, and will do just about anything to reach that goal. They'd rather be liked, than be right or wrong.

When you put someone like this in a leadership role, the business will usually fail because they won't be willing to make hard decisions that would anger someone. They would try to please everyone all the time because their ultimate motivation is to be liked by others.

3: You win by being right. This person is usually an expert in a specific field like a professor, lawyer, or a wife. (Just kidding ladies!). People who win by being right, don't accept criticism and aren't open to new ideas.

They tend to reach a glass ceiling when it comes to money, their career, and relationships, because they can't accept their short-comings in order to move past them and achieve personal growth. Arguing with this person never works because they'll always find a way to prove you wrong, even if it means sabotaging your company in the process.

In order to win, this person must be right.

4: You win by winning. This person is an achiever. Their primary motivation is to win. They are very competitive, and will do whatever it takes to win. They won't quit, and they'll constantly push themselves to gain the edge they need.

This category describes all successful entrepreneurs and athletes. Winning is their reward, and on the dark side, some of them will go too far and compromise their integrity in order to do so. Ken Lay of Enron is a great example.

This type of person doesn't care if others don't like them, and they welcome discomfort because it provides them with new opportunities to win.

5: You win by losing. This person wins by being a victim. They want sympathy from others or their spouse. Just when things start to get better, they will sabotage themselves, and say, "I knew it wouldn't work", giving them their victory once again.

There lives are always filled with problems because they don't win unless they lose, so they create circumstances and excuses that help them fulfill that destiny like, "Your book won't teach me anything new. I don't have the money. This is just another scam. I'll give it a try!"

Now if you're like me when I was exposed to this, you're taking a long hard look at your life right now.

There are people who are not wealthy because they want to be comfortable. There are people who are not wealthy because they want to be right. There are people who are stuck in the same job without a promotion for 10 years because they want to be liked. There are people who are addicted to struggle because they win by losing.

And most likely, you see a little of yourself in each of these categories.
I know I do, but what's important to remember, is that winning is a continuous process that is brought to an end once you've won, which is an event.

As soon as you've "won", the process starts all over again.

This is why you tend to feel a relaxation after you have achieved it, or feel lost or unfulfilled after you achieve a goal because you need a new challenge to keep your edge up.
I know that once I started to get good at this business, I got lazy.

I had won and didn't know what to do next. I was a winner without a goal, so comfort took its place.

Once I was inspired by a new goal, my entire focus went back to "winning", which is where I am right now.

I don't know where you are at this moment in your life, but I do know this! Entrepreneurs win by winning, and they'll do whatever it takes to fulfill that subconscious desire.

If your subconscious' desire is to REALLY "win" in your home business right now, then you should already have my information in your head and your desire to live how you decide. So show it and write it down because they are physical representations of your true desire.

If you don't, then you need to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself why? Do you really want to "win" in this industry, and in life? Then partner with me and let me show you how to change your destiny or are you after something else???

It's much easier to get started, to get paid, and get others to see why you have the system to let them live out their dreams too...PERIOD!!!!

Secret #1: Choose DIRECT SALES over "M L M" if you want to generate a large income quickly. And keep it coming on a monthly basis.
Secret #2: Understand how you will really make your money and build your mini-empire.

You see, a business opportunity or a work from home type plan is really nothing - not an opportunity at all. In fact, it's just an agreement on a piece of paper.
The vast majority of people who end up starting a home business do so because they get all hyped-up about some "super" new product that they think will over-take the market and make them millions in the process.
Well that's not how it works.

Did you ever consider that the amount of money you make is a direct measure of your worth to society?

Do you ever feel like if you bought a business in a box, that a few parts might be missing? You know... The pieces that actually make it go and produce?

Ray Kroc, the franchise master of McDonald's was a genius in more ways than one.

A home based business has been compared to a McDonald's franchise in many ways, on many occasions. If you haven't come across these comparisons before, I'm sure you can quickly think of a few on your own.

Here is what you may not have realized about Ray, McDonald's, and your business you want...

Ray's primary mission was to sell McDonald's franchises to franchise buyers, which then sell the burgers to the customers. More franchises = more burgers sold.

Pretty simple.

Our job as home business owner is no different. We sell our franchise opportunity to others, and collectively market the product to the end consumer. More customers equal more money. More business owners equal more money.

Well, this is exactly where the genius of Ray Kroc becomes apparent...

Ray knew the product wasn't going to be the initial key to success for his franchise buyers, just as your product is not the initial key to your success in your business. Having a good product is important after the fact... Once you actually have customers. Then it's critical to give them exactly what they want.

The key to McDonald's success with both franchise owners and customers was their duplicate system.

Ray knew his food couldn't compare to the quality of other franchises. He also knew that potential franchise buyers didn't give a hoot about McDonald's or their burgers. What they did want was to make money.

So Ray sold them EXACTLY what they wanted, which wasn't a restaurant, but a machine that acquired customers, and turned them into cash. Cheap, easy food.

He didn't sell them the food, he sold them a system.

In fact the system was so fine-tuned, that you could take a team of unskilled, inexperienced high school kids, and have them run the show.

All they did was flip the switches, which ran the machine, which did the majority of the work behind the scenes.

The competition didn't have a chance. Ray's system was like a greased chute. You turn it on, and it churns out a predictable end result every time.

Franchise owners started buying and setting these machines up by the thousands, turned them on, and got the end result. That is why they bought McDonald's and its inferior food over the competition.

As these machines popped up around the country, the end product to the consumer became more than just food. It became the predictable expectation and atmosphere provided by Ray's magical machines.

And THAT is what McDonald's provides better than anyone else in the world. That is their TRUE product to the consumer.
You go to McDonald's because you know exactly what to expect. It's a comfort for people.

So, as a business owner, having a business franchise, what are you selling to your potential customers?

Unfortunately, you are probably trying to sell them on your company and your product. (A "mine-is-better-than-yours-burger-with all the trimmings").

Be smart.

Do what Ray did.

People get rich in this world by solving other people's problems, and when you sell someone your opportunity, you are not solving a problem; you are giving them a bigger one!

"Congrats, you own the hottest business in the industry! (Slap on the butt), Now go get'em tiger!"

Product and company plans don't make you successful. Value to the world does. Your character does. A system does. And when I say systems, I mean a complete system which includes the pieces that brings in your customers (ads), sell them your product (marketing), and then deliver the goods (you).

These machines (ads and marketing) should be doing the work for you. All you need to do is push the "Go Button" and become buddies (customer, service, cashiers) with the folks who come through the system. Not because you are unskilled or lazy, but because a system can duplicate and you can not.

It provides a predictable result.

Show them and sell them a system for attaining the results they want, and they could care less about ORAC values, price points, and competition.

Solve their problem.

Provide them with a system that will bring them the results they desire, and you will reap success beyond your wildest dreams. Why that? Because that's what a business is. It doesn't matter if is Macy's or Wal-mart, etc. It solves people's problems.
