Why Use a Homemade Body Scrub?
Our bodies are constantly creating new skin cells and sloughing off the old ones. A homemade body scrub, like any body scrub, removes the dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, allowing the new, younger skin cells to come to the surface. This is why your skin looks healthier after using a body scrub.
Homemade body scrub also stimulates and improves the circulation, bringing natural body oils to the surface. Scrubs open up the skin's pores and helps eliminate uncomfortable ingrown hairs. Used 3 to 4 times a week, you will see a significant difference in the way your skin looks and feels.

2 tablespoons ground oats (grind with food processor or coffee grinder to a sandy consistency)
2 tablespoons aloe Vera gel
