Homemade Garlic Bread
Whether you want to use a bread maker, electric mixer or by hand, having a loaf of homemade garlic bread is pretty easy to do. If you have a few simple ingredients you can get your house smelling like fresh bread and the family hanging out in the kitchen together waiting to eat.
I personally like using my bread machine to make bread. It's simple, easy and I can start it in the morning, set the timer and have fresh bread before dinner in the evening. But with this recipe you can use any method you like. You can put all the ingredients in your electric mixer and let the mixer do all the mixing and kneading. Or if you normally make bread by hand, you can mix it up that way.

- 2 tablespoons sugar

Tips for yummy bread
When your bread maker is done take the bread out and set it on a cutting board to cool. It's easier to slice the bread once it's cooled completely. With my bread machine the slices tend to be a bit big for the small toaster I have and they don't always toast evenly. There are a couple of things I do to fix that. I either toast one half of it and then flip it around and put the untoasted part in and toast that part. Or I us my toaster oven to get it toasted perfectly the first time. The best way is slather with butter and brown it in the oven under your broiler. But be careful to watch it closely or it will burn quickly. I've been known many times to forget about them until smoke is billowing out of the oven. :)
